July 2026 – Solar Production

July summer shines to produce 635 kWh  – more than any other month ever.

The UK continues to be blessed in 2026 with considerable sunshine and what could be called a true heat wave. 

This is great news for SolarProduction – less welcome for gardeners and the water companies. 

July 2025 produced 534 kWh, considerably more than 2023 and 24. This year the output was well past those years.

Export

For the month we produced 635 kWh and exported 47% or 297 kWh with total consumption of 789 kWh.- 37% from the grid, 31% from battery and 32% from Solar PV.

At the current Octopus Export of 12p / kWh that should generate us £35.64
