 Great video from Wired on how Tesla build the Model S. Tesla are ramping production numbers as demand grows with the release in Europe during the summer. Tesla have also stated that the time to build a car has fallen. Take a look at this video and you have an understanding of the Tesla force.

Seeing tons of aluminium in rolls being converted into car panels is quite impressive and that’s just the start. There is a army of robots are work here backed up by 3,000 or so humans.
